We strive to deliver a high international level of both signature cocktails and beloved classics. In fact, our goal is to be one of the best restaurant bars in the country, where you can both begin and end your evening with the perfect drink. As a MASH bartender, you play a central role in our guests’ experience, both in terms of service and taste. It is therefore essential that you are invested in providing both at the highest level.
We have exacting standards, so in order to be considered for the position, it is crucial that you have mastered the basics.
About you:
- You LOVE cocktails – tasting them, talking about them and (not least) making them
- You’ve got the basics of classic cocktails and spirits down, and you’re excited to learn more
- You have experience working behind a bar or in a similar position with lots to do and contact with guests
- You’ve got an eye for details and you know, what is required to provide guests with a great experience
- Maybe you also have experience as a waiter – we would love that!
- You are age 21 or over

When Copenhagen Concepts (MASH’s owner) opened their first restaurant in 1997, their focus was on matching wine and food in order to give guests an optimal taste experience. We continue to carry this torch as our MASH sommelier elegantly inquires into guests’ preferences and budgets, thus strengthening The MASH Experience.

Steaks are our core product; whether it’s Japanese kobe or other specially selected meats from free range cattle. We’ve developed our own maturing processes over the span of 20 years and have close partnerships with our suppliers.
Everyone should be able to enjoy a tasty meal at MASH. So we’ve got shellfish, fish, poultry and vegetarian options too. Our menu changes three times a year, and we offer specialities such as shrimp and white asparagus in early Summer and pasta dishes with truffles, when these are in season.

Trained chef with a taste for a high paced environment
We’re looking for a new á la carte chef, preferably with grill experience.
