All great stories have a beginning. So does MASH. We opened our very first restaurant on Bredgade in Copenhagen in April 2009. We spent many months researching the perfect location, brainstorming on the concept and selecting the menu. And luckily we did pretty good!
Before we took the leap and opened restaurants outside the borders of Denmark we approached slowly by opening our restaurant in Copenhagen Airport, which started serving steaks in 2012. Here travellers can enjoy a delicious steak and a great glass of wine before their flight – the best possible start to any holiday!
2015 was the year we conquered our neighbouring country to the south, Germany. Our second restaurant outside Denmark is located in Hamburg with a view of the harbour. Hamburg is only 1,5 hours drive from the Danish border, so a visit to MASH Hamborg is as easily done, as it is said.
With Düsseldorf we took an important step towards world domination. Our second location in Germany, MASH Düsseldorf, is a must for everyone who enjoys eating in beautiful scenery: historical buildings, an international atmosphere and the Rhine, reflecting the bright lights on it’s way through the city.
