Spring is on its way, and with that comes a new menu offering delicious dishes and the best seasonal produce when the menu changes on February 22.
3-4 times a year, the menu at MASH changes. This is done in accordance with the changing seasons, ensuring that the menu always follows the season’s produce. This time, spring-fresh dishes are on the way, and if you want to be one of the first to taste them, then book a table on February 22, when the menu changes at all Danish MASH restaurants.
We’re not revealing the specific dishes yet, but we’re happy to let you know that our chefs have, as always, come up with some incredibly tasty dishes – including a new interpretation of an old classic.
And of course, new wines and cocktails will accompany the new dishes. We’ve selected wonderful wines by both glass and bottle to complement all the dishes perfectly. You can also dive into the cocktail menu’s many delightful options, including well known classics, MASH Signature and brand new cocktails. Whether you’re into sweet, bitter, refreshing, spicy or something else entirely, there’s something for everyone.
A new concept on the menu
At the last menu change, we introduced a new concept on the menu called “Special Cut”. At MASH we are constantly hunting for unique cuts from around the world, and this enables us to always offer you a new, unique steak which is not usually available on the menu.
You’ve embraced Special Cut so well that this menu change offers yet another concept. We’re excited to introduce you to Seasonal Starter, where you can look forward to enjoying delicious starters made with respect for the produce that are in season right now.
